The location is absolutely fantastic, just off the high street and close to all the amenities. The cottage itself is even better in person, with all the necessary amenities and a lot of love and care put into it. The living room is cozy with a log burning stove, comfortable sofa, and a dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a welcome basket with delicious goodies. The garden offers breathtaking views of the river and the bridge, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are comfortable and immaculately clean. the cottage is a perfect getaway and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

I keep coming back to this place in Bridgnorth because the staff is helpful. They even printed my documents. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Car park, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Flat-screen TV, VIP check-in/ -out. I'll be here for New Year.

Best aspects of my Easter stay were the great location and lovely rustic decor. the hotel was ideally situated for exploring the old town and its cafes, shops, pubs, and restaurants. It was also just a short walk away from the river and the Severn Valley Railway, offering convenient access to local attractions. the hotel provided a well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming basket with delicious treats, making us feel at home.
Worst aspect of my Easter stay was the narrow spiral staircase. It was quite challenging to navigate, especially if you have mobility issues.

Free WiFi, so I could conveniently check my social media while admiring river views from the garden terrace. The towels were a nice touch, perfect for drying off after lounging in the sunshine. And it even had private parking, because who wants to walk far in their fancy shoes?
Cobwebs galore, because who doesn't want to feel like they're living in a haunted cottage?

Little Gem On Bridgnorth'S Cartway. River Views is a beautifully presented cottage with a great location just off the high street. The owner has clearly put a lot of love and care into the cottage, and it shows in every detail. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a log burning stove and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well-equipped, and a welcome basket with bread, butter, jam, and biscuits is provided. The garden offers a stunning view of the river and bridge, and it's the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee. The bedroom is comfortable and the en-suite bathroom is spacious with a great shower. Everything is immaculate and spotlessly clean.
The narrow staircase and low beams upstairs may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. There were some cobwebs and dusty webs in the bedroom and kitchen that could use some attention.

Great location near the High Street, cafes, shops, pubs, and restaurants
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen with a welcoming basket of bread, cakes, and biscuits. - Garden with amazing views over the river and hills. - Powerful shower and powerful Wi-Fi. - Communication from the host was great. - Wood burner and fuel provided for colder months
Narrow spiral staircase and low beams may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The bed had a squeaky frame, but we provided feedback to the hosts.

It has everything you could possibly need and it’s even nicer in person. the owner has put a lot of love and care into the cottage, which portrays through. When you enter the cottage, you immediately enter the living room. Under the tv is where you will find local leaflets/books on Bridgnorth on things to do and history. Log burning stove, with logs already chopped, sofa with reading lights and dining table. You go down a step into the kitchen, where we found our welcome basket milk was in the fridge. Oil, salt, vinegar, cereal, rice. There was a horse door from the kitchen into the rear garden. wonderful gravel area with plants and vines. An amazing view looking down over the lower rooftops and views of the river and bridge. There’s a large table with benches and a parasol, along with a bbq Our favourite place to sit and have a morning coffee. Walking back towards the front entrance there is a slim wooden spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Very comfortable bed/bedding, very fresh clean smelling bedding with a wardrobe for hanging. Bathroom is quite large with a window with the same view as the garden. Great, strong hot shower and all towels are provided. Everything is immaculate, very clean and lovingly decorated. Would recommend and without a doubt stay again. Very comfortable. Views from the garden were amazing. We felt totally at home. Everything is of an exceptionally high standard. A lovely, small, self-contained cottage in a great location at the top of Cartway, just below the High Street at Bridgnorth.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints at all.
